We had the opportunity to meet with HLK's senior developers and gave some feedback on our thoughts about the HLKRardartool APP. One of our main complaints is that the APP setup is too complicated and very unintuitive. It would be much better to be able to drag nodes directly on the home page to minimize distractions, or click on each gate node to directly pop up an input box to enter parameters. Instead of jumping through a complicated page and entering a bunch of numeric parameters. Also, we've had feedback on a general common problem with going through walls. When used in some tight situations such as bathroom spaces, we hope the radar's detection distance is not too far, as it will go beyond the wall to detect targets outside. (The way to parameterize this is https://docs.screek.io/gen1/gen1-news/some-explanations-of-parameter-adjustment-in-hlkradartool-for-ld2410, but it's a bit more tedious). We suggest that you can simply set the maximum detection distance.
Both of these aspects, HLK said they will consider the future meeting will be discussed, HLK's goal is to make the APP better and better.
We think it would be great if HLKRadartool's APP could be simpler and more intuitive to use visualization to set parameters such as anti-jamming. For example, for someone who has an interference at 3m, all it needs to do is tap the point at gate 6 to lower the sensitivity value a little bit, and the problem will be solved. No need to go in and figure out a bunch of parameters at all.
For the DL2450, we asked if there were any new firmware plans, and the response was that there are no new firmware plans at this time. In response, we also got feedback on everyone's main requests: better static capabilities and more stable recognition of simultaneous multiplayer modes.
