We tested the WB1 in a number of places, some of which were, well, kinda cute, like pulling out a cord and controlling it immediately, securing it on one of the shelves above the bed, or hiding it on one of the walls of the dining room table (where you can't see the wires).
Wires, as annoying as they may be, also bring a different sensation.
In our experience, we found:
- The quality of the aluminum metal is quite good, which is different from the 3D materials we usually use for sensors. They are molded throughout, making the texture rather special.
- The matching black wires have a different feel to them than the white ones, making them a bit more technical.
- Thick enough wire, and a solid connection that allows it to pull around and not break easily, which makes for perhaps another pulling use.
- The small size of the button paired with some passive arrangement would be like an extra button on some device.
